At request of Phone Duty Officer, R1 OSC was deployed to address oil seeping out of ground and into a culvert.  The culvert led to an unnamed tributary that flowed into Salt Lick Creek which flows into the Barren River.  Drinking water intake is located about 0.5 miles from spill location.  The oil appears to be gasoline.
